Returns:

When reordering an item from a return, full postage rates apply to return the item, as well as to reorder. Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

To return products to us please affix postage to your package and send it to the address below.

Unfortunately, your original postage charges on returned goods are not refundable.

However, if you are returning an item for exchange (ie. the same style is being changed for a different size or colour), you are not required to pay for standard delivery on the replacement parcel. All other returns/reorders will be charged the standard postage rate.

To ensure that best possible fulfilment on your reorder, we recommend that you call us to reserve the styles or sizes you require. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to discuss payment options with you and they will advise on delivery timeframes.

welovewool Guarantee:

welovewool is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product, please return it to us in original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

We personally inspect every garment before dispatch to ensure that the products you receive meet our high quality standards. However if you do receive a product which is faulty, please don't hesitate to call us on 09 425 7990 to arrange a free return delivery and an exchange or refund.

Should a fault appear after a garment has been worn, it would be appreciated if you would launder it prior to returning it to us.

When sending a return to us please keep your postal tracking reference number.
