Garment Care
Machine:
We recommend mild detergents on a gentle wool washing cycle.
Drying:
Dry in a flat shaded area, keeping out of direct sunlight and heat.
Ironing:
Not normally needed, as wool naturally retains its shape, but if any wrinkles or creases do appear, they should disappear if the garment is hung overnight, or after ironing with light, quick strokes on a damp cloth on the flip side of the garment.
Shrinkage:
Not likely to happen if the garment is properly cared for, but occasionally slight ‘relaxation’ shrinkage occurs, as the garment is stretched during manufacturing and can relax back to its natural shape afterwards. Simply stretch the garment when it is damp, and let dry.
